How do I get an account?

In order to get a LabelLogic Live account you must first have ordered at least one box of labels from Planglow Ltd. or an authorised reseller.

After that, simply get in touch to request an account and within 24 working hours your login details will be emailed to you.

Is my data safe and secure? Who owns the data?

The short answer: Yes it is safe and you own the data.

The longer answer: LabelLogic Live is hosted in Enterprise Grade hosting facilities in the EU. We use redundant hardware, networks, data centres and infrastructure. These ensure that if any component fails, LabelLogic Live will keep on running – with little or no disruption to your service. LabelLogic Live uses data centres in multiple locations, with data being synced between them. In the event of a disaster at one location, we can switch to another, ensuring our service continues to operate. No one can get access to your files unless you let them. You set the level of user permission and control who is invited into your organisation.

Which labels can I use with LabelLogic Live?

Currently, LabelLogic Live is only able to be used with labels supplied by Planglow Ltd. and it's authorised resellers. This forms part of the licence agreement that you must adhere to when using the application.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Discover.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you are free to change your subscription plan at any time, any unused time remaining will be credited to your account.

Can I cancel my account?

Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees. If you do decide to cancel, you will never be charged again and will only be responsible for charges incurred up until the end of the current billing period.
